FOLDING ARM AWNINGS
Folding Arm Awnings are a retractable Sun Awning, extending your outdoor patio or alfresco area, allowing you to enjoy the extra living space to entertain your family and friends.
This awning can be installed on a wall, under eaves or using a special fascia mounting bracket. Once installed our installer will then set the pitch of your choice from 5 - 60 degrees. No support posts are required for this style of awning.Available in either Crank or Motorised, all Folding Arms come with a choice of Powder Coated Frame colours. Water resistant Docril Acrylic fabric is recommended for this style of awning.
Motorised Folding Arms can be made up to 10 metres in width with a 4 metre projection, with the option of a sun, wind or motion sensors available. Our folding arms are available as standard (open style), semi cassette or full cassette - this is when the unit folds completely into the cavity of the casing.

AUTO ROLL UP AWNINGS
Great for windows, doors or patios and ideal for ground floor locations that require shade & weather protection available in Acrylic or Mesh Fabrics.
This awning is manually spring operated using your hand or pull down stick supplied, guides run down each side of the wall and is attached to self-locking arms, arms are available in different projections, and this allows you to adjust to any desired height. Hoods are standard on these blinds and available in 12 Colourbond colours.
HOODS & FRAMES
Dutch Hoods, Eyelids and Framed awnings are where certain areas of windows or doors need not only protection from the elements but also complement and enhance the décor or façade of a house. Frames are custom made from Aluminium - these can be powdercoated if requested.
FNF allows you to customise your Width & Projection with the choice of open or closed ends. Acrylic or Vinyl fabrics are available with a great choice of colours.
MOTORISATION
Motorisation has added a new dimension for exterior blinds. Most exterior blinds can now be motorised, openings have got larger and this is sometimes the only solution for an exterior blind to be installed.
We can supply a combination of motors and remotes that will suit your individual situation. Motion, Timers, Sun & Wind Sensors can be added as an optional extra. Remote control systems range from a single remote to multi channels this gives you the choice to operate your blinds from the one remote, whatever your situation we have a solution.
Home automation of motors is now endless, blinds can be controlled from your mobile phone using a phone app & Home Hub, when using this system please be aware that blinds still must be monitored when in use. All our motors are backed by a five year manufactured warranty, being a Somfy, Becker or Alpha Motor.
ROPE & PULLEY AWNINGS
These systems are used in a situation where a blind is required to have a shaped angle at the top and other blinds cannot be installed e.g. sloping top angle or generally anywhere it is difficult to install another type of exterior blind.
This Rope and Pulley system is ideal for Patios and Alfresco Areas where protection from sun, wind and rain is required. A simple cord operation to raise and lower blind to various heights, this is locked off with a cleat, using either a mesh or PVC Fabric, a side zip for more secure fixing is also available depending on the application.
PIVOT ARM AWNINGS
Pivot arms are great for 2nd storey applications as this awning has spring tensioned projection arms with options of Internal Control using either tape or a rope winch. These can also be crank operated or motorised. Optional choice of headboxes are also available. Control this type of blind accordingly to the weather conditions for your window or patio.
Available in Mesh or Acrylic Fabrics.
Ziptrak Blinds
Ziptrak Track guided Blind System is your trusted outdoor living solution for outdoor blinds. Transform your exterior space to a comfortable outdoor living area to share with family & friends. Ziptraks are custom made to your exact openings, creates protection from UV Rays, Sun, Rain & Wind, available up to 6 Metres Wide in Spring or Motorised.
Tracks & Fully enclosed Headboxes are available in 10 Standard colours with a fabric choice of Outlook Mesh or Visiontex Mesh, we can also supply blinds in a quality Clear PVC.
Ziptraks are designed with a channels down each side, spline is welded to the fabric and threaded into an inner track. The inner track is then placed inside the outer channel - this allows the fabric to be completely captive (non-blowout).
No ropes or cords.
Ziptrak blinds are spring balanced without any effort the blind is designed to stop at any position.

TWIST LOCK
For your Gold Coast outdoor blind this twist lock system is easy to operate and looks fantastic. This Vertical Drop blind is a non-captive system: twist the bottom rail and lock into desired position. Aluminium Powder Coated side channels holds the bottom rail in position while the blind is still tensioned. Acrylic, Mesh or PVC fabrics can be used with modern décor colours. No ropes or pulleys. Spring tensioned and so easy to use.
Twist Lock Blinds are ideal for any opening, windows, patios, car ports and verandahs. We use a top Aluminium Tube with a quality inner spring system, thus allowing the blind to be under constant tension, this tension is what keeps the fabric taught, to anchor the blind you simply Twist Lock the bottom bar into position, side channels and bottom rails are co-ordinated to the colour selection of your choice.

PATIO BLINDS
Non Captive - Straight Drop Systems
Alternative solution for any opening up to 6.5 metres. This blind is a non-captive system, tensioned using crank or motorisation. Heavy duty bottom rails are used on larger blinds, enclosed head-box or weather hoods are optional. Fabric selection is endless: we recommend Outlook Mesh, Docril Acrylic or Visiontex Plus, all provide protection from the sun, wind and rain, and give you privacy.
This style of patio blind comes in different options depending on the fixture available:
Vertical Drop - Locks off with either straps or stainless steel snap clips, then tensioned.
Spring Roller - easy to operate and a great budget blind. A stainless steel saddle or bungee button will be fixed to desired drop of blind. Pull on the bottom of the blind and anchor off the blind with stainless steel clip, strap or bungee loop supplied.
Wire Guide - Self aligning system where channels cannot be used allowing greater stability when blind is rolled up & down, marine grade stainless steel wires run down each side of blind, locked off in position then tensioned taut.
